Complete electrical installation of eco efficient 584 guest bedroom 11-storey hotel with extensive conference, restaurants and fitness facilities, a unique green wall central atrium and roof top Skylounge Bar.
This is our highest value contract to date and comprised electrical design consultancy, installation and employment & management of all associated sub-contractor packages.
As the project ethos was to produce an energy efficient building, RJE additionally had project responsibility for the ground source heat pump installation, CHP (combined heat & power) system and the large photovoltaic array installations.
RJE was employed on subcontract basis to Laing O’Rourke Construction South.

Complete electrical installation of new build 4-star, 206 guest bedroom 11-storey hotel with extensive conference, restaurant and leisure facilities.
Contract comprised electrical design & installation and employment & management of all associated sub-contractor packages, including the design and installation of a full backup
generator system to run the building’s extensive life safety facilities.

Complete electrical installation of new build 4-star, 200 guest bedroom hotel, adjacent to an existing listed building which was to retain and incorporate the existing façade.

car parking payment system.

Complete electrical installation in association with the
refurbishment of 5 no. Grade 2 listed 4-storey houses, to a 5-star apart-hotel comprising 51 guest suites, with high end reception area, Bar/ Café and light catering kitchen.
